We pass a Disneyland billboard every morning on the way to work and school. Cham spotted it on the first day of the new year, and immediately insisted she take Poppy to Disneyland for his birthday. So she did.
Poppy got in for free and we used our passes while Nonna stayed home and took care of Tee. Cham's rationale for this was, "If we take Nonna, she'd have to pay money and it's expensive. Then she'll have no money left." Couldn't have said it better myself. I guess she's learning something from all those hours watching Anderson Cooper after all.We just rode a couple of rides, since Poppy's favorites were under renovation (Haunted Mansion and It's a Small World were closed! What a gyp!). Cham's favorite part was meeting Tinkerbell at Pixie Hollow, along with her fairy friend Fawn. They were lovely, but we had to wait 45 minutes for the priviledge of meeting them. Fortunately, Poppy's a good sport.
