The Master Bath


Poor Daddy has been hearing the words "So, when will you start tiling?" over and over since the beginning of this project. He hears them no more. Now it's "When is everything gonna be done already?" Still, it's looking a heck of a lot better now than it did before, even though it's still a wreck.

Cham


Chameans has finished soccer and started swimming lessons. Her preschool offered swim classes for a minimal fee (taught through the rec center at the university) for two weeks, so we jumped at the chance and Cham is enjoying herself thoroughly. In school, she has graduated to the pre-K "big children" group. She comes home with all kinds of interesting bits of knowledge (i.e. when she found out her cousin Joaquin lives in Pennsylvania, she remarked, "that's where Jack & Annie live in the chapter book Ms. D'lorus is reading to us!" I found out later that they're reading a story from The Magic Treehouse series). She also loves to draw and write. She and I have co-authored a few stories already.

Tee


Tee can now roll from his belly to his back and vice versa, from both sides. Wow! He's got one tooth out (bottom right) with another on the way very soon. He's also started eating solids (rice cereal & oatmeal so far). He drools like a fiend, loves to eat, and coos and laughs all day long. He enjoys his safari swing (thanks, Tia Maloos!) and his activity mat, but hates, hates, hates getting strapped into his car seat. He likes to look at & listen to people-- especially to his big sister, who in turn loves keeping him entertained.

My two little gremlins
